Refund Policy

We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Items must be returned in original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Used recovery products

• Worn apparel

• Items not in original condition

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase and will ship once inventory is available.

Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to shipment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
